Over the past few weeks, I’ve been receiving questions — and asking myself even more — about what’s going on with the Duke Bull (BULL) token. If you’ve been following the project, you might have noticed something odd: the price isn’t showing in Phantom Wallet, there are metadata errors, and even though everything appears technically correct, the visibility of the token is still severely limited.

Let me walk you through what’s been happening, what I’ve uncovered, and what I’m actively doing to fix it.

🧱 The Phantom Wall: No Price Display

One of the most frustrating issues has been that Phantom Wallet doesn’t display the token price. For users, this creates uncertainty. Even though $BULL is listed on decentralized exchanges and trading pairs exist, Phantom acts like it doesn’t recognize the token fully.

This leads to a broken experience:

  • No market price displayed
  • Inconsistent token data
  • Reduced trust from new users

⚠️ Metadata Warnings — But Why?

While trying to register the token on the Solana Token List, I followed all steps:

  • Uploaded the logo (correct format and path)
  • Registered the mint address
  • Properly formatted the JSON entry
  • Submitted a pull request via GitHub

Yet, errors persist. Some tools flag metadata inconsistencies, but upon double-checking, the metadata appears correct and matches standards. This makes debugging even harder — there’s no clear reason for the issue.

🚪 Barriers to Visibility

I also attempted to list the token officially, but encountered a closed door:
The Solana Labs token-list repo is now archived and read-only. Community-maintained forks exist, but the automated approval process is slow, with little visibility into its status.

Despite this, BULL appears on DEXs and on Jupiter, and even shows the logo there — suggesting that the token is integrated at some level, yet still blocked in critical areas like wallets.

🙋 How You Can Help

If you’re reading this and you have:

  • Experience contributing to Phantom or the Solana token list
  • Advice on debugging token visibility issues
  • Direct contact with wallet developers
    — feel free to reach out. Any help is appreciated.

🚀 Final Thoughts

The Duke Bull project isn’t going anywhere. But I believe in transparency, and if something isn’t working — I’ll share it openly.

This token was never meant to be hidden in a shadow corner of the blockchain. It was built to run with the bulls. We’ll keep pushing, one brick at a time.

Until then — thank you for your patience and support.

– Duke
